1. Can I change my order?
Once your order is placed, you can cancel within 24 hours after placing your order as long as your order has not been shipped by contacting our customer service team at info@simpleandchicliving.com.
2. What payment methods so we accept?
We accept VISA, MasterCard, American express ,Diners Club , Discover.
3. Can I customize the cord length, size or finish of products?
Yes, we can customize them based on your requirements, for any customize request, please send email to: info@simpleandchicliving.com
4. Can I change the consignee ones the order has been placed?
If you find that the consignee information you entered is not correct, please send email to us at: info@simpleandchicliving.com, we will mark the correct consignee information on the order.
5. Can I open a Trade Account for a large purchase?
Yes, if the order is made for projects, or you are a designer, builder, contractor, please contact us to set up your own account so that you can get the trade discount or simply click the link below.

6. Is it difficult to install a chandelier?
It is not a difficult thing to install a chandelier, we will include the installation instruction inside the package, and will also send trail assembling pictures and videos, so that you can see how it works. Installation will need to be done by the professional electrician.
7. Do you ship overseas?
Yes, Simple & Chic Living ships worldwide.
8. Do the items I’ve purchased have any warranty?
Yes. All electrified products include a one-year manufacturer warranty, covering proper and safe function.
- Unless stated otherwise, warranties do not cover normal wear and tear or finish durability over time.
- Certain outdoor products include additional finish warranties, which are detailed on the product pages.
10. Does Simple & Chic Living charge sales tax?
We are required by law to charge sales tax on orders shipped to certain states. Taxes will be automatically calculated at checkout if applicable.
For trade professionals (designers, contractors, architects) with a valid resale license, sales tax can be waived upon submission of proper documentation. Please contact our Customer Experience team for assistance.
